I have been practicing law for over 20 years. My career began as a prosecutor in the Concord, New Hampshire City Prosecutor's Office. Before I finished law school at Franklin Pierce Law Center, I had tried over 50 misdemeanor and traffic trials under special permission from the New Hampshire Supreme Court. I established the law office of Kurt G. Mausert in June of 1989. My criminal defense practice handles various offenses including DWI and traffic violations. My Family Court experience includes serving as "attorney for the child" in cases involving custody, visitation, adoption, family offenses and child support. I also represent adults in these matters.
